Ms. Ivy-Ann (Ivy) Quach is the Senior Budget Analyst for ISG. In this role, Ms. Quach oversees ISG financial activities for both direct and reimbursable funding sources.
Prior to her role at ISG, Ms. Quach was the budget officer for the 142nd Fighter Wing for a year supporting USAFE Air Defense on a $68 million annual budget. Ms. Quach also served five years as a financial analyst for the US Army Corps of Engineers Northwestern Division, supporting a $2.3 billion budget on infrastructure funding.
Ms. Quach has vast experience within the field of US government resource management to include travel, civilian pay, manpower, budget forecast and justification, internal control auditing, and conducting financial analysis. These fields support senior leadership decision making as well as maintain balance, efficiency, and economy of operations to accomplish programmed objectives with status of funds execution and operation costs.
Ms. Quach obtained her BS in Business at Oregon State University and her MBA from Marylhurst University with a focus in Finance. She speaks Vietnamese fluently and has one son.
