Principal
Ms. Lindsay Fritz is the Principal of the Advising & Consulting (A&C) Division at the Institute for Security Governance (ISG). In this role, Ms. Fritz oversees institutional capacity building (ICB) efforts executed by Regional Program Leads (RPLs) in the following areas of responsibility: Europe, Indo-Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and Western Hemisphere.
Prior to her role at ISG, Ms. Fritz served as Deputy Program Manager of the Defense Governance and Management Team (DGMT) at the Center for Civil-Military Relations (CCMR). She also spent several years as a RPL, overseeing ICB efforts in the EUCOM AOR (South Caucasus and Moldova), followed by two years as an RPL in the Indo-Pacific region.
From 2007-2011, Ms. Fritz was a faculty member of the Department of Defense Analysis at the US Naval Postgraduate School (NPS). Her research and publications focused on irregular warfare, suicide terrorism, and geospatial aspects of dark networks.
Ms. Fritz holds a BA in German from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, as well as an MA in International Policy Studies and a Certificate in Nonproliferation Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies (MIIS).
