The Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) is now training the latest cohort of candidates for the Ministry of Defense Advisors (MoDA) program at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC) on Camp Atterbury, Indiana. The training of the advisors is conducted by DSCU, and is a key facet of the MoDA Program. MoDA, which has recently been aligned with DSCA’s Institute for Security Governance, was established in 2009 to standardize the selection and training of DoD civilians for advisory roles in partner nation militaries. Since its inception, MoDA has deployed almost 600 senior DoD civilians and is highly regarded by leaders from DoD and partner nation militaries.
