CSOD Prelaunch Message
NOTE: A Common Access Card (CAC) and CSOD account are required
Registration is completed using a system called Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) hosted by the Defense Acquisition University (DAU). You will sign in to this system on the next screen.
If you currently occupy a Security Cooperation Workforce position and do not see any courses listed after signing in to CSOD, please press the button at the top of your screen to open Frequently asked questions, and read the solutions under the "CSOD Sign In Issues" category.

Creating a Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) Account
There are 3 ways to create a JKO account.
- Common Access Card (CAC) Users:
- Go to https://jkodirect.jten.mil.
- Log in via CAC. This will automatically create your account.
- Have a .mil or .gov email address, but no CAC:
- Go to https://jkodirect.jten.mil.
- Select “Gov” button.
- Fill out mandatory items and submit your request.
- Do not have a .mil or .gov email, or CAC:
- Go to https://jkodirect.jten.mil.
- Select “Non-Gov” button.
- Fill out mandatory items.
- Include your ISG Government POC as your “sponsor”.
- After submitting the form, an email will be sent to your ISG Government “sponsor” to validate your request. Let your sponsor know to look out for the JKO email. Include your ISG Government POC as your “sponsor.” JKO will only accept sponsors who have a .mil email address; username@nps.edu will not be accepted so you must enter your sponsor’s username@nps.navy.mil.
- Once your request is validated, the JKO help desk will create your account within 24 hours. You will be notified by JKO help desk of this action and they will provide your username and token.
