Mr. Greg Pasikowski is an International Defense Acquisition Resource Management (IDARM) Senior Lecturer within Practice & Capability at the Institute for Security Governance (ISG). Having joined ISG in March 2024, Mr. Pasikowski is charged with teaching Resident and Mobile Education Training courses in Defense Acquisition, and other related topics.
Mr. Pasikowski has been involved in developing and executing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases for ground combat weapon system capabilities for almost 30 years. He is Department of Defense (DoD) Level III certified in Program Management and Engineering, and Level 4 (Executive) certified in the Security Cooperation (SC) Workforce proficiency areas. Mr. Pasikowski served as the Director for Foreign Military Sales at the Program Executive Office for Ground Combat Systems, overseeing the development and implementation of multiple FMS cases aimed at enhancing ground combat capabilities. In 2022, he dedicated several months to collaborating with the Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC) in Warsaw, assisting in the development of FMS cases to bolster Poland's warfighting strength.
Mr. Pasikowski, a graduate of the Army Management Staff College (AMSC), holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI, and a Master of Science in Management from Walsh College in Troy, MI.
