Mr. William (Bill) Chadwick serves as an instructor for resident and non-resident distance learning/online graduate courses in program management, contract negotiations, leadership, and project management for the Institute for Security Governance (ISG). He also teaches leadership in experiential learning seminars for the Department of the Army and for Dominican University. He specializes in instructing contract negotiation techniques and change management strategies for senior staff and executives.
Mr. Chadwick has held various executive and leadership positions within the US Military in Special Forces, major command headquarters, overseas, and for corporations including Booz Allen Hamilton, Camber, and SNC Corporation. He led interdisciplinary teams in the US and overseas to develop, manufacture, field, and support defense electronic systems. He holds an appointment at the US Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) and taught high school algebra and computer programming in North Carolina. He has consulted and taught graduate level international seminars for the Ministries of Defense in Poland, Argentina, Kazakhstan, Colombia, Serbia, Kosovo, Lebanon, Jordan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Georgia, Ghana, Mauritania, Rwanda, The Republic of South Africa, and Egypt.
Mr. Chadwick graduated from the US Military Academy at West Point, New York, with a Bachelor of Science in Military Science. He also received a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University. In addition to being a graduate of the Neuro Linguistics Programmers Course, he is also a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College's (now Defense Acquisition University) Program Managers' Course and is certified as a US Department of Defense Acquisition Professional Level III.
