Technology Security, Foreign Disclosure, and End-use Compliance for Experts is an expert-level certification core course for the security cooperation workforce. In this course, you will learn about the following: technology security and foreign disclosure (TSFD) approval processes to release classified or controlled unclassified information and technology to support security cooperation efforts; foundational security agreements that enable information sharing, transfer of classified military information, and interoperability; the role of disclosure authorities and the Delegation of Disclosure Authority Letter (DDL); and compliance with end-use controls, technology security, foreign disclosure, and program protection requirements at various stages of security cooperation activities.
