FMS-210 Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR)
This is a practitioner level course for employees in the Security Cooperation career field. The purpose of the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR) course is to assist employees in identifying and controlling missile technology, and related technologies, that have the potential for use in development of delivery systems for weapons of mass destruction, and associated technologies. The regime and supporting documentation were designed to assist in the implementation of national export controls to monitor, control, and deny exportation of these critical technologies.
