FMS-210, Missile Control Technology Regime (MTCR) is an 8-hour practitioner-level elective for Department of Defense (DoD) employees in the security cooperation career field. The purpose of this online training (OLT) course is to assist employees in identifying and controlling missile technology, and related technologies, that have the potential for use in development of delivery systems for weapons of mass destruction and associated technologies. The regime and supporting documentation were designed to assist in the implementation of national export controls to monitor, control, and deny exportation of these critical technologies.

At the end of the course, students will have two opportunities to achieve an 80% or better on the final multiple-choice assessment to receive their certificate of completion.
In addition, students are also asked to complete the course evaluation at the end of the course to provide valuable feedback on course design, content, and instruction.
