Security Cooperation Organization (SCO) Locally Employed Staff (LES) Intermediate Course

The SCO LES Course is designed for Locally Employed Staff (LES) assigned to Security Cooperation Organizations (SCOs) and U.S. Embassies. It consists of seven training days in the National Capital Region (NCR). Instruction provides updates on SCO roles and responsibilities; U.S. security cooperation (SC) legislation, policy, programs, and procedures; Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes; end-use monitoring and third-party transfers; budgets and billing procedures; advanced international training management; and the Security Cooperation-Training Management System (SC-TMS) and Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP).
